BOOKING INFORMATION

-ALL tickets must be purchased in advance, no admission on the day of the event.

-Tickets MUST be purchased in ‘tables’ of 2 persons, 4 persons, 5 persons or 6 persons.

-All guests must arrive together. Please ensure you purchase the correct size table for the number of guests in your party to avoid delays on arrival.

– Your group will be allocated a table – the venue has been set up to accommodate all guests on tables. For this reason, please note you may need to turn to face the stage.

– Please note, If you are allocated a table on the mezzanine two guests will be sat on the mezzanine step and two on small stools (these tables have an unrivalled view of the stage!)

-Outside food or drink is strictly prohibited and cannot be brought on site.

-Last entry is strictly 9pm, anyone arriving after this time sadly cannot be admitted.

FOOD + DRINK

On the night

We have greatly enhanced our drink range to reflect the new intimate nature of our shows. We are now serving a wide range of biers, wines and cocktails (in glasses no less!).

On the night food will be provided by Rudy’s Pizza.

All food and drinks can be ordered via the Albert Hall Digital Bar and will be delivered direct to your table… no need to move!

YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US

Our No.1 priority will always be the safety for all of our staff, artists and guests which is why we will be implementing Social Distancing rules and guidelines. We ask you to respect these rules when arriving at the site and in doing so, everyone can have an amazing time within their household groups.

-Tickets are only available in groups of 2,4,5 or 6.

-You MUST stay with your group at your table for the duration of the day/night.

-Please respect Social Distancing rules and exercise caution moving around the site.

-One-way systems will be in place in toilet areas, bars and around the site to keep you and us all safe.

-Face Mask coverings are compulsory when arriving and moving around the site.

-Sanitiser stations are available throughout.

FAQs

All of our live and club events are available to view and purchase through our website and other official outlets. Tickets purchased through our website are powered by our official ticketing partner, See Tickets. Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email from them. Tickets are unable to be purchased over the telephone.

Our Box Office is open during gig and club opening hours. You can occasionally buy tickets for that night’s performance. This will be advertised on our socials and with venue signage.

Tickets for upcoming shows can only be bought online.

If an event is sold out, we are unable to sell any more tickets or process any ticket exchanges/resales. Our ticketing partner, See Tickets has a fan-to-fan resale site, which can be accessed through their website, here.
