Four friends from the small village of Mullingar in Ireland make up indie outfit The Academic, a band offering up a new take on fresh, feel-good indie pop, and we’re delighted to have them perform at our venue!

They released their debut album, Tales From The Backseat, in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. The album hit Number One in the Irish charts, and with its earworm melodies, and lyrics about teenage romance and tribulations in rural Ireland, it resonated across the country – and now across the world. We look forward to welcoming them to our stage!
