Have you got used to putting ‘2023’ yet when writing the date? We just about have, and thankfully that’s because we’ve been adding a whole host of exciting new shows for this year! Added to our already bursting calendar are some returning faces and a few new additions…

Following the announcement of a new album, the iconic, expert guitar couple, Rodrigo y Gabriela are performing here again – on the 19th of October – having sold out our Hall in 2017 and 2019! Also returning, alongside news of a new album is the Australian singer-songwriter, Matt Corby, whose incoming release is called Everything’s Fine, and we just know it will be more than fine, it’ll be another lyrical masterpiece.

Incoming to our venue for the first time and both in May, we have singer-songwriter (and protégé of Drake) Givēon on the 7th and, as part of the Manchester Jazz Festival, the Hot 8 Brass Band on the 27th! The latter bring their New Orleans power to honour their beloved co-founder and sousaphone player, Bennie Pete, who sadly recently passed away. It’s sure to be a celebration of the joy and love for New Orleans music that Bennie brought to many an audience, with the Hot 8 collective shining brightly, as ever.
