SHOT LIST #19 LAST WEEK IN PICTURES

Published Categories Announcements Reviews

Another world class week in Albert Hall, another set of amazing acts gracing our stage. This week we were overcome with all kinds of emotions when the legendary William Basinski took to the stage with his mind-blowing Disintegration Loops. But we got our little dancing shoes on for Bear’s Den, who could’ve only been followed by Elvana and what’s better than an Elvis fronted Nirvana? To top off our week we had legends in the form of The Good, The Bad and The Queen with musicians from BLUR, GORILLAZ, THE CLASH, THE VERVE and FELA KUTI this week couldn’t have been better! If you didn’t get the chance to join us this week check out our top 5 favourite snaps from our in-house wonderboy Jack Kirwin!

I mean who would’ve thought all we needed in our lives was Elvis singing ‘Come as You Are’… it changed us a people!

#4

Ahhh the legend that is The Good, The Bad & The Queen – thank you for giving us a chance to scream our lungs out for you! Legends gracing our stage is always a fave.

#3

It was at this point that we shed a few tears from pure awe and wonder at the man, the legend, William Basinski – there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

#2

Oh the wonderful Bear’s Den boys, there’s nothing but love and great music being played in this picture – the best combination in our opinion.

#1

Aaaand stealing our #1 slot this week it has to be the wonderful, hugely talented, Mr Damon Albarn. This shot in particular really wowed us – nice one Jack!
