On Tuesday we were treated to some real Southern love from Gary Clark Jr. Hailing from Austin, Texas he brought a fusion of blues, rock and soul into the very heart of Manchester. His newest album ‘This Land’ has allowed him to express himself a lot more openly than before, from raging against Trump to gritty, distorted vocals he immersed the Albert Hall with his stunning performance.
