Montell Fish

Earlier this summer, Montell launched Jamie Charlotte Marshall, a multidisciplinary creative endeavour that encompasses his work in music, fashion and film. To introduce the clothing arm of JCM, Montell shared “Rebirth”, a short film by Caleb Wild and executive-produced by Montell himself that introduced Jamie Charlotte Marshall’s first collection, ‘Rebirth’. The collection consists of a series of clothing items designed by Montell, including a patchwork hoodie, a diamond-studded belt, a track jacket, and a flower bouquet accessory.

To coincide with his clothing brand launch, Montell also reissued a limited vinyl run of his beloved debut album JAMIE, along with a set of exclusive new merch items including a new band hoodie, band tee, baby tee, polo and skully.

It’s been a versatile start to 2026 for Montell, who made his debut as a film composer for his work on Brian Tetsuro Ivie’s first narrative feature Anima, which debuted at SXSW to strong reviews. He released his first musical offering of 2026 with the collaborative track “Love You Right” with composer, producer and singer Clara La San. The track marked Montell’s re-emergence to release new music under this moniker, after his alter-ego dj gummy bear released his mixtape The Spirit Still Remains (Purgatory) in Fall 2025, which included the standout single “Ostentatious” featuring John Glacier.
