As a result of introducing a Restoration Levy on tickets in 2021, we’ve raised funds to improve our accessibility across the venue. This includes improvements to the accessible toilet facilities, a new viewing platform, and a passenger lift for accessibility requirements.
Accessibility has always been one of our key priorities and after listening to valuable customer feedback we hope that by implementing these changes our guest experience will only continue to rise. This has been a priority since the levy was introduced, and we’ll be sharing further improvements in the future.
